With spring and summer fast approaching it is time to think of lighter meals and what wine to drink with those dishes. Time to age those big red wines in your cava until next fall and stock up on white wines to enjoy. Cocktails for St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick’s day means wearing of the green.  But, it also means drinking of the green as well.  Mix up these cocktails to show your Irish spirit, everyone is Irish on St. Patricks Day.  Remember if you aren’t wearing green you get pinched, maybe we should include drinking of the green to that as well. Sailor Jerry’s Throw Shade 2 parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum Juice of half a lime 1 ½ parts simple syrup 8 mint leaves Amber lager Muddle simple syrup & mint.
