Flor Classic Daiquiri

Ingredients:

2 oz Flor de Caña 7 Rum

3/4 oz lime juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

Method: Shake & strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lime.

Flor Pineapple Daiquiri

Ingredients:

2 parts Flor de Caña 7

2 parts pineapple juice

1/3 part fresh lime juice

2/3 part extra-fine sugar

Method: Combine the pineapple juice, rum, lime juice, sugar, and ½ cup ice in a cocktail shaker and shake to chill. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge.

Flor Spicy Daiquiri

Ingredients:

1 small pinch of salt

¾ ounce lime juice

¾ ounce simple syrup

1 oz ancho reyes

1 oz flor de cana 7

Method: Combine all ingredients and ½ cup ice in a cocktail shaker, strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with sliced lime.

Flor Classic Daiquiri

Ingredients:

2 oz Flor de Caña 4 White Rum

3/4 oz lime juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

 Method: Combine the rum, lime juice, sugar, and ½ cup ice in a cocktail shaker and shake to chill.  Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass.  Garnish with pineapple wedge.
