Toast National Pina Colada Day Sunday July 10

 

Sailor Jerry’s Wahine Piña Colada

1 ½ parts fresh pineapple juice

1 ½ parts house-made cream of coconut

1 ½ parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake well and pour into a frozen pineapple. Garnish with sprinkled coconut flakes and orchid. 

 

Reyka’s Icelandic Coconut Gimlet

1 ¾  part Reyka Vodka

1 part coconut rum

 ¾ part lime juice

Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker. Shake, garnish with dehydrated coconut and serve.

 

Montelobos Mezcal Holy Mole!

1 part Montelobos Mezcal

1 part Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur

¾ part lime juice

1 ½ part pineapple juice

¾ part coco lopez

2 dashes Angostura bitters

 

Combine all ingredients and shake. Strain over ice cubes

 

Monkey Colada

1 part Monkey Shoulder

1 ½ part coconut puree

½ part coconut juice

1 part fresh lime juice

2 dashes angostura bitters

2 parts ice

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
