October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Chopin Vodka helps the fight

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and reminds us that we must be vigilant in this fight. Everyone knows someone who has been touched by this horrible disease, either a relative or a friend. This realization has made a big impact on raising awareness and funds to fight this horrible disease. Chopin has been actively involved in the fight against breast cancer.
Chopin features their special Pink Ribbon bottle, available in both 750 ml and 1liter bottle sizes. Over the last four years they have donated over $59,000 with proceeds from the Pink Ribbon bottle to aid breast cancer research.

$1 from cocktails sold in select Miami area bars and restaurants will be donated to breast cancer research. In addition to this, plenty of bars and restaurants have tasked their mixologists to create cocktails that will bring recognition to Chopin’s commitment to fighting breast cancer.

Here in Florida participating venues serving an array of Chopin Vodka pink cocktails by bartenders, many motivated and inspired by the survivors in their lives. There’s the Loews/Hard Rock in Universal, Martini Bar at Gulfstream Park (601 Silks Run, Hallandale Beach, FL) and Francesca’s in Gainesville. A portion of the cocktail cost will go towards funds for breast cancer research.

Segafredo has created a Strawberry Lemonade featuring Chopin Potato Vodka with fresh squeezed lemonade and strawberry puree.

In the Village of Gulfstream Park, Martini Bar is featuring their Raspberry Mule; Chopin Potato Vodka, ginger beer, Raspberry liquor and fresh lime.

Loew’s is featuring the Pink Cosmo; Chopin Potato Vodka, Cranberry juice, triple sec and fresh lime juice.

All of these prominent South Florida establishments are joining Chopin Vodka in the fight against breast cancer. More recipes will follow later.ChopinBC_2015_2
